Communicating through and beyond a crisis can minimise long-term reputational harm.

Crises can impact councils of all shapes and sizes. Whether its disruption to council services, misinformation on social media, reputational damage to the council, a viral complaint or tricky FOI request, crisis communications can escalate fast.

The real question is: will your council be prepared when it comes to communicating with the community, the press and media and other stakeholders during and after a crisis?

The Crisis Recovery Pack gives you rapid access to expert guidance, messaging support and a practical plan, so you can respond with professionalism, clarity and calm.

We’ll help you manage the moment and put systems in place to reduce future risks. Because in the face of public pressure, confidence is your greatest asset.

Why it’s worth it:

Because how you respond in a crisis shapes your reputation for years. With the right support, you can turn conflict into credibility.
